$40 is credited to services or products. This 30–45 minute online consultation is perfect for clients local to Gurnee or far who want a personalized approach to correcting acne, hyperpigmentation, and uneven texture. During the call, I’ll review your skin concerns, current routine, and history, then assess your skin virtually to determine its unique needs. You’ll receive a customized Barrier-First plan and professional product recommendations to start seeing results at home. New Client Skin Reset Facial

This is the starting point for all new clients. If you’re dealing with acne, dark spots, sensitivity, or skin that feels off, this facial is designed to slow things down and get clear on what your skin actually needs. We’ll begin with a skin conversation to understand your concerns, current routine, and past treatments. Your skin is then assessed under professional lighting to check for congestion, dehydration, sensitivity, texture, and signs of irritation. Your treatment is customized in real time based on what your skin can tolerate that day. The focus of this facial is to calm and support the skin before pushing correction. No aggressive treatments. No guessing. Treatment may include a double cleanse, gentle exfoliation or enzyme therapy, extractions if appropriate, a customized mask, facial, neck and shoulder massage, and hydrating finishing products with SPF. Each session is fully customized based on how your skin is responding that day. Treatments may include targeted exfoliation, corrective serums, calming therapies, and advanced modalities chosen by your provider to support skin repair and long-term improvement. The focus is always on strengthening the skin first, then correcting safely. Longer sessions allow for deeper correction, additional modalities, and more advanced treatment work as your skin builds tolerance. For first-time clients, brow lamination and tint may have to be completed over two separate appointments for skin safety and optimal results. During your service we will do a patch test. If it has to be done in 2 services, both visits must be pre-booked. Visit 1: Brow Lamination + Shape Includes cleanse, lamination, nourishing treatment, and shaping (tweeze or wax based on skin condition). Tint is not performed at this visit to protect the skin barrier. Visit 2 (5–7 days later): Brow Tint + Detail Includes custom hybrid tint and final brow detailing.
